Create one-of-a-kind beautiful prints with real flowers, leaves and found objects. This is a very easy project for anyone to do and absolutely no art, painting or drawing experience is needed to achieve amazing results. The possibilities are endless for creative exploration.

We’ll be using gel printing plates and acrylic paint. Gel plate printing is a monotype printing technique, combining the spontaneity of drawing and printmaking to create truly one-of-a-kind pieces of art. As the name for this print making method implies (mono), no two pieces will be alike.

You'll leave class with 5-10 unique prints and a wealth of knowledge to continue using your new skills. With simple and easy-to-understand instructions, you’ll learn how to apply color and add texture with stencils, stamps and found objects. It’s the perfect activity for novice crafters and professional artists alike. No experience necessary. Warning: Gel plate printmaking is addictive.
